Scope – Designed access scaffolding for existing occupied residential blocks.

Materials Used – Tube and fittings, Layher LW Allround System Scaffolding, Fire Retardant Debris Netting, 450mm Haki Beams and 750mm Apollo X Beams.

Duration – 32 weeks.

WSL were engaged to deliver full a mixed hybrid scheme of traditional tube & fitting, with a system scaffolding combination. The properties remained occupied throughout the project duration and involved the installation of 2 hoists. The works were delivered ahead of programme even with the challenging inclement start to the year.
