“From my early days as a scaffold labourer in the yard at the age of 16, I nurtured a deep ambition to establish my own scaffolding business. With unwavering determination, I tirelessly worked my way up the ranks, starting as a scaffold labourer and progressing through various sites. By the age of 20, I had acquired the necessary scaffolding tickets and became an advanced scaffolder. This marked the beginning of my journey towards leadership roles, as I transitioned to positions such as charge hand, supervisor, and contracts manager.
In 2011, I seized the opportunity and took a leap of faith, founding Watford Scaffolding Ltd as a family business based in Watford. Through building strong working relationships with local clients, we soon expanded our reach, securing projects across London and the M25. Over time, our business experienced remarkable growth, earning the trust of prestigious blue chip clients and engaging in large-scale ventures.
To accommodate our expanding operations, I made the strategic decision to invest in a larger yard space and bought 68 acres of land and relocated the business to Aylesbury. From this new base, we not only continue to serve London but also extend our services throughout the South Eastern region and nationally. During this transition, I re-branded the company as WSL Access Services, reflecting our commitment to comprehensive access solutions.
