Location – Sydney Road, Watford, London.

Scope – Full design scaffolding for new build residential.

Materials Used – Tube and fittings, ReadyLok Transom Unit’s, Adjustable Transoms, Internal Hop Up Brackets, Layher System Staircases, Fire Retardant Debris Netting and Plastic Sheeting, 450mm Haki Beams and 750mm Apollo X Beams.

Duration – 72 weeks.

WSL were engaged to deliver a full traditional access scaffold for new build residential blocks. The works consisted of 7 blocks and a marketing suite, in total 248 units. The blocks ranged from 3 floors up to 12 floors. The build consisted of a mixture of traditional build and RC Frame with Uni Panels.
