Scope – Designed access scaffolding for commercial refurbishment.

Materials Used – Tube and fittings, Fire Retardant Debris Netting and Plastic Sheeting, 450mm Haki Beams and 750mm Apollo X Beams.

Duration – 28 weeks.

WSL were engaged to deliver  a scheme of traditional tube & fitting. The scope involved working over an existing operational High Street bank. The existing building was to be re-modelled with new build residential units to be constructed to the rear. A large temporary roof was constructed mid contract to allow works to progress through to completion.
