Location – Canada Estate, Southwark, London.

Scope – Designed access scaffolding for HA refurbishment.

Materials Used – Tube and fittings, Fire Retardant Debris Netting, 450mm Haki Beams and 750mm Apollo X Beams.

Duration – 35 weeks.

WSL were engaged to deliver  a scheme of traditional tube & fitting to 2no 61.00 metre high tower blocks. The scaffolds were to allow full access to enable fabric repairs – both brickwork and concrete, window replacement and roof renewals. Vertical distribution of men and materials was by  2000KG passenger goods hoist. Both blocks were erected simultaneously.
