Location – St Albans Road, Watford, London.

Scope – Full design scaffolding for new build residential.

Materials Used – Tube and fittings, ReadyLok Transom Unit’s, Adjustable Transoms, Haki System Staircases, Fire Retardant Debris Netting, 450mm Haki Beams and 750mm Apollo X Beams.

Duration – 60 weeks.

WSL were engaged to deliver a full traditional access scaffold for new build residential blocks. The works consisted of 4 blocks and town houses, in total 146 units. The site runs along a live train line and Network Rail considerations had to be met. The scaffold design allowed to have a tricky corner to be based off of gallows brackets to allow aesthetic lines for the later to be opened marketing suite.
